I am of Taiwanese American Descent. My love of fusing the cultures and exploration of various global destinations are documented here. My Family and I have our permanent residence in the Pacific Northwest (which you will see abbreviated as PNW) with our pup Potter. We have a passion for new experiences and intend to chronicle the visits to guide future travelers.

On the topic of Wellness, I will be interviewing Industry Experts on their profession and tricks of the trade. As Wellness encompasses not only physical wellness, but also mental wellness, the scope of individuals will include an Licensed Aesthetician, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and extend to sports such as Equestrian and Marathon Training.
